Depart overseas and late arrival to Khartoum International airport, meet our representative employee and transfer to your hotel Khartoum Plaza 3 stars hotel. Or 5star hotel (Grand Holiday villa).

The part of Khartoum city tour including a visit to:  

 Sudan National museum contains different objects dedicated to Nubia history in addition to the beautiful temples saved by UNESCO from lake Nassir and rebuilt inside the museum

 Ethnographic museum to see the variation of the tribal community so Sudan and style of life.

 Palace museum located in a beautiful disused Anglican church, the museum recounts, with strong illustrations, portraits, and comments, the road traveled by Sudan from foreign invasions and the struggle for independence to the present. A lot of space is devoted to the objects relating to the supreme function, especially the gifts offered to the various presidents. The museum also exhibits a small collection of presidential cars, especially Rolls, used on major occasions such as reception of foreign heads of state or national festivals.

Visit confluence of two Niles (Blue & White Nile).

Visit Tuti Island if you have time to enjoy drinking tea with peppermint or coffee with ginger. 

You will stop to enjoy your lunch after that proceed with your Omdurman city tour part including:

Khalifa’s house museum.

Mehdi tomb.

The old Suq (market) of Omdurman.

Hamed Al-Nil the dancing and chanting dervishes only on Friday. 

Or the traditional Nuba wrestling only on Friday. So on Friday, you should choose only one event because of Nuba wrestling on the Eastern edge of Khartoum, and Hamed Al-Nil on the Western edge of Khartoum.

 In the evening return to the hotel

Early morning breakfast then starts the journey to the north.500km north of Khartoum visiting Old Dongola the capital of the Christian kingdom of Makuria and the cemetery of the Sofi holy man after Islam became the religion of Nubia (lunch on the way). Taking the ferry and crossing the Nile we drive for 40km arriving at Kerma 3800 B.C. Overnight at Al- Deffufa Resort.

After breakfast visiting the archeological site of Deffufa in addition to an interesting museum. After that visiting Tumbus and the villages around Kerma including Messaida, overnight at Al- Deffufa Resort.

Visiting the site of Tumbus 25km north of Kerma many Egyptian inscriptions and a huge granite statue dedicated the famous black pharaoh Taharqa. 50km to the north we have a nice stop to see the panoramic view of the third cataract and the rock art from the prehistoric period at Wadi Sebu. Lunch at third cataract cafeteria, then crossing the Nile to the west bank and drive up to Soleb. Overnight at Nubian traditional house. There is no hotel available in Soleb only Nubian traditional house and this is for your kind information.

Early morning visiting the Egyptian temple built by Amenhotep the third father of Akhenaton. The temple was dedicated to god Amon and the pharaoh himself. 20km to north we stop to visit temple dedicated to Queen Taj at Sadinga then later we have a nice Nile cruise to Sai Island where we have different sites and different periods in the Nubian history. Overnight in Soleb at Nubian traditional house.

Heading south we drive for 320km we reach Karima the location of ancient Napata the capital of 25th dynasty. We visit the holy mountain (Jebel Barkal) and the nice temples at the foot of Jebel Barkal. Overnight at Nubian traditional house OR hotel.

Excursion to visit Kurru 15km the royal necropolis of Napata, there we go underneath the pyramid to see the amazing painted tomb of the black pharaoh Tanutamani. And also visit the Petrified Forest. After that visit Nuri about 25km, Visit the cemetery containing the pyramids of the 25th dynasty among them pharaoh Taharqa. Overnight at Nubian traditional house. (There is a choice of booking a hotel in Karima if you want).

Reaching the famous Meroe pyramids and attending the sunset there. Overnight at Camp.

Early morning visiting the royal city of Meroe 10km far from the pyramids then we drive 90km on the asphalted road then 30km off road to visit Mussawarat the meroitic archeological site with the nice complex of temples dedicated to local God Apedemak lion God, besides the great enclosure the biggest construction in the history of Nubia. Lunch then we continue up to Naqa 20km from Mussawarat. At Naqa we have a wonderful building dated to the first century A.D. A nice Meroitic temple dedicated to the local God Apedemak with nice bas – relief for the royal family making an offering to their Gods. The Roman kiosk which is representing the cross point of different influences of a different culture in one place. Then we visit Amun temple built by the same royal couple Natakamani & Amani Tore. Later we drive back to the main road head to Khartoum 150km from Naqa, Arriving the hotel. Lovely dinner and later time drive to the airport for departure.
